The Planning and Zoning office is responsible for development review, long range planning, regional planning, and engaging the community to develop various studies, such as neighborhood plans. Planner On-Call Schedule

  • Monday: NO PLANNER ON CALL
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Wednesday: NO PLANNER ON CALL
  • Thursday: NO PLANNER ON CALL
  • Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • More complex or detailed questions should be addressed during a formal meeting to allow for a thorough discussion.
  • To schedule a meeting with staff outside of on-call hours, please email the appropriate contact listed below.

Requests to view City property files must be received 2 business days in advance and an appointment must be made to view non-electronic files. All requests should be sent to [email protected]. 

The Planning and Zoning division is responsible for development review, long range planning, regional planning, and engaging the community to develop various studies, such as neighborhood plans.    

We assist homeowners and the development community by ensuring projects are designed and developed in conformance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations (see link above to regulations & plans).  We also serve the community by providing information and updates on the latest projects.
