The Planning and Zoning office is responsible for development review, long range planning, regional planning, and engaging the community to develop various studies, such as neighborhood plans. - Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: NO PLANNER ON CALL
- Thursday: NO PLANNER ON CALL
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

- On-call hours are intended for general inquiries only.
- More complex or detailed questions should be addressed during a formal meeting to allow for a thorough discussion.
- To schedule a meeting with staff outside of on-call hours, please email the appropriate contact listed below.

We assist homeowners and the development community by ensuring projects are designed and developed in conformance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations (see link above to regulations & plans). We also serve the community by providing information and updates on the latest projects.
